One of Armagh’s oldest cultural institutions, the Robinson Library (next to the Church of Ireland Cathedral), provides the intimate setting for a concert featuring four superb pipers. Uilleann pipers Declan Masterson (Ireland) and Joey Abarta (USA) are joined by Scotland’s Rory Campbell (Highland pipes) and Alana MacInnes (small pipes).
